Join us to celebrate 100 years of the University of Delaware Press.

Discover the rich history of one of the oldest university presses in the region as we toast to the bright future ahead. Hors d’oeuvres will be served.

Throughout the night, hear from special guests, including the UD provost; the vice provost of the Library, Museums and Press; the director of the UD Press; and several UD Press authors. You will also learn about the variety of series the UD Press currently publishes and join in celebrating the launch of the UD Press’ first open-access title.

Select UD Press books will be available for purchase during the event.

Parking is available across from Morris Library in Visitors Center Lot #41 on S. College Ave.

This in-person event is free and open to the public. Registration is required.

Learn more about the history of the UD Press through the exhibition A Small but Mighty Press: The University of Delaware Press 100th Anniversary, on view online and in Morris Library from February 7 through May 13. The exhibition will be on view during the Anniversary Celebration.
