About this Event
Are you researching an industry for a class project? Or preparing for a job interview and want to learn more about a company but aren’t sure where to start? This workshop will introduce you to three key library resources that can help.
We will be looking at:
- IBISWorld for industry reports
- Business Insights for company profiles, histories, and reports
- Business Source Premier for business news, articles, and market trends
We will review how each database works, discover search tips, and have time to explore. By the end, you’ll know which tools to use to understand an industry’s outlook, identify the skills companies are focusing on right now, and keep up with the latest business news.
This virtual workshop is open to UD students, faculty, and staff. Can’t make it at this time? Please go ahead and register anyway, as slides and links will be sent afterwards.
Registration is required. You will receive an reminder email one day in advance that will include the workshop Zoom link.
