About this Event
Find your calm with a guided yoga session as part of the Stress Less programming. This session is perfect for all skill levels, whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner. Take a break, stretch, and reconnect with your body and mind in a supportive and relaxing environment.
Registration is required to attend this session, as space is limited. Each session is limited to the first 10 individuals to register (two sessions offered) and a waitlist will begin once fully booked.
This event is part of the Library, Museums, and Press Stress Less series, designed to help you decompress during the busy season.
Note: Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel.
