About this Event

Painting gives artists a blank canvas to experiment with form and technique and to capture an array of subjects and emotions. The exhibition Focus on Painting, on view in Old College Gallery from February 7 to May 13, explores the breadth of paintings within the University’s collections, including portraits, landscapes and seascapes, abstractions, and more.

Join curator Amanda Zehnder to learn more about the variety of artwork on display, which spans from the 17th century to present day. A reception will follow.
