About this Event

Are you thinking about doing a systematic review or another type of evidence synthesis such as a scoping review, for the first time? Join us for an overview of common review types and a walkthrough of the key stages: planning, documentation, registration, conducting a search and managing all elements of an evidence synthesis project.

Presenters will share resources and explain the role of library professionals in supporting the completion of a rigorous, successful review.

At the end of the workshop, participants will be able to differentiate between traditional literature reviews and systematic, evidence synthesis approaches; Identify commonly used review methods and select methods based on their research goals; and describe the steps and requirements for conducting evidence synthesis research projects

This virtual workshop is open to UD students, faculty and staff. Faculty and graduate students who are new to evidence synthesis methodologies are encouraged to attend.

Registration is required. Once registered, you will receive an email with details on how to join the workshop via Zoom. The workshop will not be recorded.
