About this Event

RefWorks is an online citation management tool used to import and organize citations and generate bibliographies or reference lists. “Introduction to the New RefWorks” is a workshop that provides hands-on practice with using the new interface for RefWorks. Topics covered include setting up an account; exporting references from research databases, DELCAT Discovery, and Webpages; storing full-text articles as attachments within RefWorks; annotating attachments; creating and sharing folders for references; and creating a bibliography or reference list.  The last 30 minutes of the workshop will provide an optional overview of Write-N-Cite, a RefWorks tool that creates in-text citations.
