About this Event

Now that you’ve learned how your camera works in “Understanding Your Camera,” and how to take compelling photographs in the “Basics of Composition”, complete your photographic journey by learning the essentials of photo processing using common software and apps.  This workshop will be an overview and hands-on workshop that will introduce participants to some of the most common adjustments photographers make, and the theory behind them.  If you have ever wondered about contrast, sharpness, color balance, tonality, or saturation, this is the workshop for you.  Bring photos you would like to work on, as well as your smartphone, if you have one.

The workshop is available at no charge and is open to UD students, faculty, and staff.

Seating is limited, and registration is required. To register, go to the Library workshops guide [library.udel.edu/workshops]. The guide also has the complete list of workshops offered by the Library. For further information, email lib-workshops@udel.edu or call 302-831-2432.
