About this Event

“Digitizing Old Formats: Photos" includes an overview of equipment and digital transfer services available at the Student Multimedia Design Center. The workshop will demonstrate techniques for scanning 35mm photographic film, prints and slides into digital files that may be shared.  Workshop participants will learn the basics for scanning still images and organizing files for future use.  Participants will have an opportunity to use the Center’s scanners and are encouraged to bring sample photographs and USB flash drives to save their work.

The workshop is available at no charge and is open to UD students, faculty and staff.
